Product Manager (fintech)

Responsibilities:

• Continuous analysis of product benchmarks across the market;
• Customer development and user research;
• Gathering and systematization of business requirements + breaking it down into specific use cases;
• MVP launch;
• Research and identification of new opportunities;
• Building and analyzing key product metrics;
• Structure key business processes;
• Engagement in cooperation with business stakeholders;
• Developing project plan;
• Working closely with UI/UX designers;
• Product usability testing;
• Improving product performance;
• Driving development team to find the best technical solutions and timing implementation

Requirements:

• Higher Education (IT, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics is preferable);
• 3+ years’ experience in IT product/project management;
• Experience in banks/fintech companies is preferable;
• Entrepreneurial Mindset and problem solving skills ;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong leadership and project management skills;
• Independence and ability to work extra-hours
