Real Estate Analyst

Working closely with the investment team on investment committee, presentations and financial analysis, including: -Performing comprehensive and in-depth industrial real estate and market analysis - Preparing presentations on new potential investments for investment committee - Due diligence collection and review - Preparing and developing valuation models - Support on investment transactions and closure - Assessment of alternative deal structuring options, including funds and debt structuring Requirements: 3 to 4 years experience in a Real Estate focused role within RE broker or Asset Management Strong modelling skills A desire to work with international teams and processes Fluent English is a must Top tier academic background As important as any specific, technical skillset will be fit with the team and organization.
