This manager is a key leader within the BU and must be an agile team player with strong interpersonal skills who is familiar with working within a multifunctional team environment. This leader is accountable for delivering volume and net sales metrics and developing the BU commercial strategy (including excellence in customer service, extending quality coverage and winning portfolio). He/ She will be responsible for developing the customer marketing strategy and plans for the base business and new initiatives. These plans will include programs that educate the pharmacist and win with Key Accounts in the pharmacy channel. The Retail Development Director will be responsible for providing the tools needed by the sales team to execute with excellence.Successful candidate`s profile:
