Description: Develop sales strategy, sets and monitors annual and monthly goals for the sales team; Contribute to the preparation of the company plans and budgets; Develop short and long term Business and Sales plans, identifying share, volume and profit objectives and devising strategies to meet them, in accordance with the Sales Strategy; Ensure that pricing product mix options are constantly reviewed and appraised; Prepares, together with the General Manager, competitors' analysis and training plans and material for the sales force. Follow the Internal deployment of all of the above action, making sure Market staff involvement; Effectively interact with Trade and Marketing team, Consumer Service, Logistics & Planning, IT, etc. Successful candidate`s profile: Minimum 3 years experience in similar role (Sales Director/ Commercial Director); Experience both in multinational and russian FMCG companies is a plus; Upper-intermediate English.
