Senior Analyst / Associate

Primary duties: Project management Prepare financial models, marketing materials, presentations and other project-related documents Interact with Clients Conduct financial due-diligence Develop junior staff Requirements: Master s degree in Finance M&A experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance Experience in project management Fluent English is a must Good presentation skills Good knowledge and accurate understanding of relevant theory: financial management, corporate finance, strategic management, investment valuation, accounting Experience in financial modeling Ability to meet tough deadlines Eager to learn and result oriented with whatever-it-takes attitude Remuneration package discussed upon results of the interview and basic tests.
