Senior analyst, Finance Business partner

Finance team is looking for a Senior Analyst to support the local team in Moscow. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset


RoleIn this role you will be:

  • Responsible for a broad range of finance related responsibilities, including include deal management, short/long-term planning, contract management, pricing and product management, and acts as a finance generalist for a business unit, region/country
  • Assisting Russia Cluster Finance Manager in monthly key business drivers forecasts, incentives and rebates forecasts and budgeting activities
  • Supporting quarterly revenue forecast exercises and annual budgeting activities
  • Collecting assumptions and provide calculations for Product P&L forecasting and budgeting
  • Support Sales planning process
  • Support development of short and medium term strategic and tactical plans
  • Support Customer Business agreements process – assumptions review and business case validation
  • Support monthly closing process: provide back-up calculations for revenue and incentives accruals
  • Support new pricing initiatives discussions. Provide new pricing impact estimations (monthly)

  • Have experience of deal management, short/long-term planning, contract management, pricing and product management
  • Experience of reporting, forecasting and budgeting techniques
  • Be results driven, flexible and adaptable, able to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines
  • Be a good communicator,
  • Have strong negotiation and influencing skills,
  • Have the ability to think outside the box and introduce innovative solutions,
  • Have proven track record of building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams,
  • Advanced PC skills including Oracle (Hyperion optional) and Excel
