The role will involve: Report to Service Line Leader (CFO Services) Lead small/medium projects or separate streams within key projects Proactively manage client issues and expectations Plan and organize business development efforts Counsel team of consultants on their strength and areas for improvement and facilitate on the job learning To be considered you should possess: Higher education in economics, business, finance or accounting Professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA (would be considered as advantage) Involvement in SSC professional community (Marcus Evans, IC Energy etc. - would be considered as advantage) 3+ years of relevant consulting experience or working in leading CIS Shared Service Centers Record of achievement and rapid career progression Understanding the concept of Finance Shared Services Center and its components Understanding the concept of feasibility study for Finance Services Center and ability to effectively contribute in its development Good understanding of typical transactions for Finance Shared Services Center Experience in back-office functions business-processes re-engineering Knowledge in financial accounting and reporting (IFRS, US GAAP, RAS) Working knowledge of accounting systems ( 1c, Oracle/HFM, SAP) is an advantage Fluent written and verbal Russian and English Soft skills Strong interpersonal qualities we re looking for professionals who are mature, enthusiastic, persistent, flexible, persuasive, pragmatic, ambitious, innovative, insightful and can judge situations and people quickly Strong analytical skills, self-direction, team-orientation Strong leadership skills Willingness to travel Responsibilities: Assist in developing consistent and sustainable tax position of Company s Russian Affiliates compliant with statutory and tax legislation requirements and aligned with the global tax strategy to be tax efficient and minimize potential tax exposure Keep abreast of statutory and tax legislation changes, court and administrative practice developments and timely inform management on proposed changes to assess affected business units and main implications of such changes Coordinate reporting and documentation of intercompany transactions to comply with transfer pricing requirements Advise different functions on tax matters and potential implications to ensure consistency in tax matters and compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
