Senior Consultant - Manager in Finance/Risk

Description of tasks: Leading and delivering the projects for our clients in Russia in time, quality and budget Leading, advising and training junior staff on projects Work on new topics to further develop the consulting portfolio of zeb Contributing to the business development activities, prepare offers and participate in pitches Managing selected client relationships B. Person specification Professional background: Good understanding of banks business models, organization, governance, E2E processes Good understanding of risk measurement topics (all major banking risks); advanced knowledge in at least one of the fields of the banking risk management (e.g. credit, liquidity, interest rate, operational risks) Or advanced knowledge of banking MIS/controlling Good understanding of the relevant Russian banking regulation Professional experience: Depending on the position, relevant professional experience in finance/risk management obtained in banks and/or in consulting firms Soft Skills: Communication and social skills, project management skills Analytical skills High motivation Good business judgment and pragmatism Ability to work independently Education: Master degree/graduate diploma in Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Quantitative Field Language skills: Russian native speaker Fluent in English (written and verbal) Additional skills/requirements: MS Office skills Optional: skills in statistical software or a common programming language; knowledge of SQL Benefits: Career: According to our stay and grow principle, all employees can realize their long-term career goals at zeb.
