Developing and supporting effective partnerships with key clients, including proactive negotiating; coordinating team work for development and promotion of the project on Russian market
Developing and implementation strategy of the company on the market
Building and managing team (including pre-sales, sales and implementation)
Achieving annual team and personal KPI
Forecasting sales to the European HQ and reporting on the sales results
Managing daily office duties
Representing company on external events, i.e. conferences, exhibitions, seminars, etc.
Successful candidate`s profile:
Higher education
8 + years of successful consultative sales experience
Work experience related to telecommunications/IT sector
People management skills
Negotiation skills with all levels of the organization
Good communication skills (knows how to listen, grasps complex issues and verbalizes them in a concise terms)
Tenacious competitor, result driven
Entrepreneurial skills
Ability to think "outside of box", lead and motivate
Fluent English (verbal & written communication)
