Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in customer/account/partner management.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales organization and managing relationships in a fast moving product landscape.
  • Ability to comfortably present to diverse customer groups across domain areas. Ability to work well in ambiguity.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize responsibilities. Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Interest in online advertising (i.e., ad serving, networks, key platforms) and trends (i.e., programmatic, mobile, video, news, publishing, broadcasting industry).
  • Passion for analytics and data visualization.
  • Excellent reasoning, strategy execution, and project management skills.

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will empower our partners to thrive in a digital future, growing product adoption and features with publisher partners through operational optimization and education. You will execute Google's strategy in emerging markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will identify avenues for growth, demonstrating excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will join a team working with the largest publishers in EMEA to push the boundaries of the online ad-serving industry. You will drive new insights and solutions around content, audience, and growth in an ever-changing environment. Your experience with our products will allow you to launch new products and formats, expanding the impact of our partners' work. As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will represent our users, products, and programs.

Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google's broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob and Google Ad Manager, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the web. In addition, the Partnerships team supports Google’s own product teams with essential partnerships to help power Google’s user experiences in search, maps, travel, shopping, payments and more.

 

Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about industry developments and Google’s product developments, through Google provided trainings.
  • Collaborate with partners’ B-level suite and Ad operations team, to build the best grow strategies, leveraging Google suite of products, policy, and best practices.
  • Provide yield management advice and daily account management with result-oriented and dependable execution.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and technical account managers to test and implement relevant products/features in order to maximize growth.
  • Travel across EMEA’s emerging markets, including Israel, the U.K., and Ireland.
