Strategy Department Analyst

Selectel is looking for a Business Analyst in Strategy Department!

As part of the team, you will offer analytical and business support to the company’s top management, shareholders, team members, partners and clients. You will work with a professional team of analysts with decades of experience in corporate finance, principal investing, IT and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present M&A cases, including valuation and due diligence of potential targets; build and maintain financial and operating models; perform market and company analyses, sizing and valuations
• Interact with business units, research and analyze trends in the global IaaS segment
• Prepare presentations and reports

Qualifications / Skills / Requirements:

• Accounting / Business / Economics /Finance / Mathematics degree
• Analytical abilities, proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
• Previous internship/work experience in IB/PE/BIG 3/BIG 4 (corporate finance or mgmt consulting) is welcome
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Results-driven team player who performs well under pressure and against tight deadlines
• Fluent English and Russian (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills
