Syndicated Loans Specialist

This professional will be involved into all company s deals, driving the key processes to secure required financing. Position is open in company s headquarter. This position is available only for citizens of Russia. RESPONSIBILITIES Organize and manage all projects related to engagement of required financial resources (syndicated, bilateral loans). Manage the process with banks and other financial institutes. Control the credit portfolio services activities. Take part in bond issue projects. BACKGROUND Degree in Finance, Economics or related field. 2+ years of practical experience in independent execution of corporate finance projects in line with the English law (syndicated loans, ECA-financing). Excellent knowledge of LMA standards. Experience in financial modeling as part of project financing deals. Experience in bonds issue projects will be advantageous.
