Transfer Pricing Manager

The Role: Take primary responsibility in establishing and maintaining successful client relationships; Spotting opportunities of providing consultancy to clients /targets on tax and transfer pricing practices; Developing and delivering solutions to clients, including pricing methodology planning /design projects, VCT, consulting and transfer pricing compliance; Carrying on transfer pricing health checks and participating in defense resolution projects, assessment of transfer pricing risks within audit assignments; Enhance, supervise and retain a strong motivated junior staff members including setting up development goals, providing timely Ensure compliance of activities with technical & risk management requirements of the firm. Successful candidate profile: Excellent understanding and practical experience in application of Russian tax regulations; 5-7 for Manager years experience in tax consulting (experience with Big 4 firm or leading Russian accounting firms is a plus); Higher education in Finance, Economics, Mathematics; Strong analytical abilities; Ability to work in a team, meet challenges and deliver outstanding results; Existing people management experience; Excellent English language; Communication and presentation skills; Interest in developing new competencies and professional growth; Strong motivation and success orientation.
