Associate of Corporate finance advisory and Capital markets


Job description:

Take project responsibility;
Manage and prepare high quality marketing materials, including pitch books, deal-related presentations and information memoranda;
Full responsibility for preparation of complex financial models, including valuation of companies (DCF analysis, traded and acquisition comparable);
Company and industry analysis;
Coordinate financial due diligence process (both buyside / sellside);
Coordinate drafting of legal documentation (engagement letters, transaction documentation);
Participate in generation of business ideas, identify commercial opportunities.

Key qualifications:

Higher education in finance/economics/business/mathematics with superior academic performance;
International finance certificates (CFA, ACCA, ACA or CPA) or MBA is a strong plus;
4 years experience in corporate finance with a leading International Investment Bank, or at least 5 years with a leading Management Consulting or Big Four company (only business valuation and corporate finance advisory departments will be considered);
Strong financial modeling skills;
Broad exposure to corporate finance projects (buy-side, sell-side, ECM), being able to manage a project from pitch to signing the SPA
Capable of engaging with clients in professional dialogue on business models, deal approach, process/tactics, Due Diligence-reports, SPA, completion mechanisms, etc.
Excellent financial modeling skills
Good knowledge of several sectors
Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must. Native speaker of Russian
Proficiency in Bloomberg
Strong understanding of accounting standards, including RAS, US GAAP and IAS
