Our client, a major international banking group, is looking for a candidate to fill the vacant position of Bank Audit Team Leader







Description

Responsibilities:

Contributing to the yearly program to assess the risk exposure of the entire entity according to the internal matrix standards and guidelines,
Contributing to the preparation of the audit plan of the entity
Raising staff awareness on obligation to report suspicious transactions or practices
Ensuring that audit works are performed within the time budget allotted, with stated requirements/objectives (diagnostic), in compliance with risk-based audit methodology / guideline and properly documented and supported,
Validating the final audit reports in close link with the Head of Audit and/or Regional Head of Audit
Providing management support, job training, coaching and promoting cohesive team work
Closely monitoring the implementation and certification of audit recommendations
Performing and formalizing permanent supervision controls
Participating in preparation of accurate and concise reports focused on risk to be presented to the Management and the Board,
Continual involvement in developing audit programs and audit methodologies
Participating in hiring process

Qualifications:

Relevant work experience within Bank Audit Department no less than 4 years
Group management experience no less than 1 year
Understanding of Operational risk, Accounting risk (review of accounts) and credit risk
PC advanced user (Excel)
Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
Readiness to go on business trips
