The Deloitte CIS Moscow office is currently looking for an experienced Bid Manager to work in Business Development Department.

Bid Manager being a highly skilled professional in business development processes leads Deloitte bid function and has sound knowledge of bids and proposals. A coach and a mentor of the Deloitte bid team assembling a bid team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, taking ownership of the whole bid process. Review and improve the necessary bid procedures and processes.
The role will involve:
Research and monitor industry activity and ensure acquisition of bid opportunities
Facilitate bid strategy meetings and allocate deliverables to bid team members
Develop and manage bid function plan
Ensure compliance of bid activities with corporate strategy
Manage and monitor client clarification issue and request, pre and post submission
Review bids to ensure compliance with company deliverables, pricing and formulated win themes and added value
Contribute to the written proposal ‑ both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a proposal presentation)
Supervise a full time bid team
Liaise with internal and external technical matter experts and design teams
Track and manage submitted tender opportunities and initiate debrief process
Facilitate post bid client feedback and debrief process
Drive and champion continuous improvement throughout the bid lifecycle
Manage bid library of current company information and collaterals including curriculum vitae, qualifications, client references, practices description, etc.
To be consider you should possess:
Bachelor's Degree in management, sales or/and marketing
5+ years of experience in business development, marketing
Strong people management skills
Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues
Team worker, good communicator
