CRM Business Analyst - Business Development Department (In Archive)


The Deloitte CIS Moscow office is currently looking for a CRM Business Analyst to work in Business Development Department. A CRM Business Analyst will be part of the project team during the implementation of new integrated CRM solution.







Description

The role will involve:


Definition of the business requirements for the new CRM solution, interviewing professional staff, analysis of existing business processes.


Data analysis and preparation for migration


Collaboration with internal departments on the analysis of existing business applications to determine integration requirements


Proactive communication and collaboration with external vendors and internal customers


Keeping project documentation updated, preparation of user guides and training materials



To be consider you should possess:

Higher education - IT
Experience in business analysis, in ERP & CRM systems implementation preferable
Excellent communication skills in Russian and English
Advanced computer skills, MS Project, MS Office, SQL knowledge preferable
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certificate will be an advantage
