YOU AND YOUR TEAM:
Join a team of 30 colleagues located in Gdynia and directly support customers from the financial industry speaking English, Polish and Russian. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries in close cooperation with teams globally.

SOME OF DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:
Offer expert advice on Thomson Reuters applications over phone and e-mail
Respond to and resolve data and functionality queries
Update customers on case progress in a timely manner
Continuously improve your product and market knowledge

Fluent English, Polish and Russian
