Description: Brand strategy support by developing and implementing set of marketing strategies including portfolio, NPD, brand, pricing, communication, media, etc. Leading annual marketing plans development and implementation to ensure business objectives are achieved Leading regional projects Regular analysis of business performance and competitors' activities Profitability improvement, P&L responsibility People development within the team (2 direct reports) Champion innovation in products and processes in order to achieve competitive advantage Communication and application of best practice in brand management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness Budget responsibility for all marketing spending (shared with Marketing Director) Building good relationships with media, advertising, PR, audit and market research agencies Contribution to overall business planning as part of a multi-functional management team Active participation in wider business project teams Required experience and skills: A minimum of 2 years work at a Senior marketing position at an FMCG company Proven strong knowledge of the marketing tool-kit including successful experience in concepts / copy development Strong leadership, initiative, follow through and problem solving skills Strong communication, networking and persuasion skills Good command of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) Fluent English
