Investment Banking Intern IB & Markets – IBF







Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building financial models and data-room diligence materials preparation;
  • Conducting market research, including traditional valuation methodologies utilization;
  • Preparing confidential information memorandums, management presentations, buyer/investors lists and pitch book presentations and other transactional and process related activities.
  • Identify and analyze M&A opportunities
  • Provide M&A, corporate advisory services and transaction support including valuations, due diligence, feasibility studies, etc

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Final year graduates / post graduates / PhD students;
  • Ability to work full-time;
  • English – advanced level (both oral and written);
  • Fluent Russian language;
  • Additional Finance qualification is desirable (eg. CFA);
  • Well-presented and personable with a mature attitude to work;
  • Good analytical and technical skills;
  • Ability to think and work independently with a reasonable level of guidance;
  • Willingness to learn and take on increasing levels of responsibility;
  • Interest in finance and financial markets, good commercial sense;
  • Great Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • Work / internship experience is a plus;
  • Corporate Finance background preferred;
