Requirements
- International mobility background, experience from 2 years
- Work with expatriates and migration law knowledge is obligatory
- Higher education
- Advanced user of Excel, Power Point, Visio
- English language - upper intermediate, + French is advantage
Responsibilities
Expatriates planning and budgeting:
- Planning of expatriate headcount with directors and HR BPs (responsibility for all expatriates within Eurasia Region – Moscow, Togliatti, Izhevsk)
- Expatriation approval process administration (E-DOA)
- Expatriation incoming process and benefits (housing, school, car etc.)
- Control of headcount and budgets
- Negotiations with relocation company RNGM (Switzerland)
- Prolongation/termination process
- Salary increase/taxation process
Outbound and internal mobility:
- Support of outbound mobility to France, Romania etc.
- Support of mobility rules and processes in Russia
- Control of rules, timing and budgets
- Policies upgrade
