Summary of the role:
We are looking for an energetic sales-driven individual with knowledge of financial markets/corporate finance to join our team in Moscow for Graduate program
What will you do:
- Customer relationships management across Russia & CIS region
- Manage customer account plans
- Coordinate various sales activities across a customer account
- Align the right resources to lead on deals and implementation
- Own the commercial and renewal execution
Success is:
- Exceeding growth targets for assigned customer accounts
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction and health scores
- Proactively managing the existing business so renewals become near-automatic
- Establishing oneself as a go-to person for the customer
Your KPIs:
- Customer meetings
- New strategic relationships
- New opportunities in CRM
What do you need to bring:
- Graduate from university either in 2021 or 2020
- Knowledge of financial markets, corporate finance
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- As a benefit 6+ month experience in Sales / Business Development / Account Management roles
- Proven communication, selling, persuasion, negotiation and team working skills
- Good knowledge of trading systems and dealing platforms designed for trading financial instruments is considered as an advantage
- Good Knowledge of CRM software and admin systems is a plus
