The Role:
Consultations to tax client facing staff on daily RM matters, policies and procedures;
Delivery of Risk Management Induction training to new joiners;
Delivery of training on RM systems (when required);
Working with different RM databases;
Internet search on Clients, shareholders, beneficial owners; identification of beneficial owners from the Clients' Annual reports and other public source (when required);
Basic background checks for the Client/ shareholders/ beneficial owners (when required);
Preparing precise and well-structed replies (to the engagement teams) based on their requests;
Assistance with contract review in RM matter;
Assisting in various internal RM reviews;
Preparation of EGRUL/Spark statements.
The requirements:
Higher education (preferably legal);
Responsible, mature
Positive and patient;
Good organization skills: time management, multitasking;
Accurate, with attention to detail;
Analytical skills: understanding the policies and procedures and their practical implications;
Good communication skills;
Proficient with different types of software;
Upper-Intermediate English;
Accurate, responsible, attentive to details;
Fast learner.
