Sales Planning and implementation:
Helps establish sales objectives for products and customers; projecting expected sales volumes;
Analyses market trends and results and proposes initiatives for sales growth;
Implements national sales programs by developing regional sales action plans - within distribution and project sales;
Proposes selling prices by monitoring competition, supply and demand.
Technical service management:
Manages and improves the technical service process for designers;
Manages and improves the after-sales process in cooperation with service partners;
Organizes regular technical training for staff and customer groups;
Secures knowledge, tools and resources needed to provide the best service in industry.
Sales execution:
Establishes network with decision makers responsible for relevant construction projects (designers, contractors, developers);
Monitors and supports the whole sales process from specification to delivery;
Implements project sales initiatives to increase the number of project wins;
Implements trade programs within distribution network;
Reports regularly results achieved by regions and projects.
Sales team management:
Maintains national sales staff by orienting, and training employees;
Maintains national sales staff job results by monitoring and disciplining employees; planning, and appraising job results;
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Profile for Sales Director:
Minimum 5 Years Experience in Sales management in HVAC industry;
Effective people manager;
Very good communication and customer interaction skills;
English or German minimum at upper intermediate level;
