MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering on client calls, accepting clients orders;
Consulting/answering various enquiries (by phone, e-mail, at meetings etc.)
Setting-up of LORO accounts-assisting clients and FO;
Client Reports generating, distribution and analysis;
Appointing meetings with clients (preparation of documents, explanation of some peculiarities in work etc);
Dealing with clients queries and issues;
Cooperating with IT and different departments due to resolving client issues or creating new procedures or processes;
Daily controlling of client accounts.
Fixed term contract
LIKELY / NECESSARY EXPERIENTIAL BACKGROUND:
Higher education degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Investment Services or related subject
Excellent command of English
Computer skills: MS Office, especially Excel
Prior experience in a Client Service oriented environment/ position is preferred;
General understanding of how financial market works;
English advanced level (both oral and written);
Excel experienced user;
Analytical skills;
High level of personal responsibility;
Initiative;
Resistance to stress.
