Responsibilities:

• leading the team of analysts and associates in execution of M&A and ECM transactions;
• supporting senior team members in business development and administrative tasks.        

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking / private equity;
• solid understanding of M&A / ECM (IPO, SPO) aspects;
• solid deal captain experience and ability to develop junior team members;
• strong level of motivation and ability to work independently;
• fluent English;
• bachelor’s degree from a leading Russian or international university;
• CFA is a plus.
