Analyst

Responsibilities: Working as part of a team on advisory deals Performing business valuation & financial modeling, market and industry research Preparing investment memos and presentations Supporting in deal execution, negotiations, and deal structuring Requirements: University degree in Finance / economics / mathematics Min 2-3 years of relevant experience in an IB / PE or Valuation/Corfin dept BIG4 Bulge bracket IB experience is preferable Good knowledge of financial modeling and valuation, presentation drafting skills High motivated, ambitious; team player, strong analytical skills; results-oriented, responsible , multi-tasking Fluency in English and Russian
