Proxima Capital GroupWe are looking for an experienced associate whose main responsibilities will be:
- Active involvement in execution of corporate finance transactions including M&A, private placements and debt restructuring
- Financial modelling and valuation
- Drafting of marketing materials (pitchbooks, teasers and information memorandums)
Key requirements:
- 3-5 year experience with strong background in investment banking / consulting
- Track record in executing M&A transactions
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Stable and proactive team player
- Ability to work long hours under pressure
- Fluent English and Russian
