Audit Manager (Banking & Insurance)

Our employees have a great possibility to be involved in complex challenging tasks with key audit targets and to be provided with the opportunity to work on a number of exciting consulting, due diligence and capital markets projects.Key responsibilities Develop and maintain productive relationships with client, ensure client satisfaction through high quality service deliverables Supervising and reviewing audit engagements, and the audit of financial statements under RAS, IFRS Reviewing consolidated financial statements Performing planning and control procedures Reviewing the clients accounting system and internal control system Assessment of potential financial and others risks connected with projects Managing and training audit teams and coaching junior team members Professional experience and education A higher education in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting Completed ACCA/CPA or other internationally accepted accountant qualification is required An auditor qualification certificate would be an advantage 5+ years of audit experience with an international company Sound knowledge and experience in RAS, IFRS Experience in consolidated financial statements preparation under IFRS Coaching and leadership experience Good command of English and Russian languages Personal qualities Strong communication and presentation skills Multitasking skills Strong organisational skills, ability to manage challenging tasks Leadership qualities Pro-active approach to personal and professional development Client focus and attention to the quality of work
