Business development manager of Food & Beverage Packaging Systems for Russia & CIS

Your goal is to improve the amount of business with existing accounts and to focus on introducing our products to new customers to gain greater market share and create new market opportunities. You will be a hunter, keen to look at new opportunities - to make new opportunities - and to push into new markets with a medium to long term sell time. You will be accountable for the co-creation of vision, strategy, and tactical commercial & marketing plans for our Food & Beverage Packaging Solutions business as well as the successful execution and implementation of those plans. Candidate Profile:
Ambitious and competent sales professional with a passion for customers and an excellent track record in account management and new business development in the beverage or dairy packaging business.
High level of technical proficiency in packaging machinery.
Capable of selling highly sophisticated packaging solutions by building a large and extensive network into the organization of our customer and leading a complex negotiation process.
Solid understanding of the beverage and dairy industry.
Knowledge of paperboard packaging a plus.
Ability to sell value added products and services.
A strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and win business.
Sales and marketing savvy as well as sound business acumen in supply chain, quality and finance.
A willingness and ability to grasp service propositions as well as product and technical information.
Self-motivated, requiring minimal direction.
Good working knowledge of English expected.
