Our client is a well recognized international company looking for a strong professional to take on the role of a Business Assistant with the following major responsibilities:
Administrative support to the General Manager;
Coordination of documents flow;
Preparing analytical reports, contracts and records in 1C;
Communications with departments;
Control of deadlines;
Preparing materials (including financial reports) for business meetings;
Travel support
Making expense reports;
Business correspondence with head office and clients
Successesful candidate`s profile:
From 2 years experience in international company;
English Fluent is a must;
German is a plus;
Organised, multitasking, punctual person;
Knowledge of 1C or CRM systems is welcome;
Desire to develop professional and organisational skills;
