Services provided by department: Financial modelling: Strategic modelling, Corporate modelling, Operational modeling M&A Support Business plan development Business valuation services Intangible Assets Valuation Purchase Price Allocation services Real Option Valuations Fairness Opinions Education, experience and skills requirements: Higher education (Russian or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Sciences or Engineering Comprehensive knowledge of valuation theory and issues in practical application 5+ years work experience in the relevant area (please, refer the list of services above) Experience in project workflow management and project team management On going participation in and / or completion of one of the following professional qualifications is an advantage: ACCA, CPA, CIMA and / or CFA, DipIFR, ASA Strong knowledge and practical experience of complex spreadsheet business modeling, report writing, editing reports and preparation of electronic presentations using MS Applications Russian native/fluent, English advanced/fluent (both oral and written) Soft skills: Proven project managenent/people management skills, Ability to operate in multitask environment, Strong presentation skills, Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines, Willigness to travel (Russia and abroad), Business writing skills (both in Russia and in English).
