C++ Back End Developer

VTB Capital Equity Trading is looking for candidates to join its algorithmic trading team to build an algorithmic trading platform.

The platform is intended to trade a wide range of equity-related instruments on various venues around the world providing most demanding customers with a cutting-edge execution algorithms.

Depending on your expertise you’ll be involved in various parts of high-performance trading system development including market connectivity, front-end applications, trading strategies optimization and back-testing.

Requirements:

• Real time (preferably trading) systems development experience with C++ in Linux environment
• Knowledge of IPC, multithreading, network programming, XML/XSD, cmake, RDBMS
• Understanding of FIX and FAST protocols is highly desirable   
• Knowledge of C# would be a plus
• Experience in trading related industry would be a plus
• Higher education – degree in mathematics/physics/computer science/economics.
• English language: at least intermediate level

Responsibilities:

• Development, testing and maintenance of Equity algo trading platform and strategies
• Elaboration of the architecture of trading platform
