For an outstanding and very international team based in Moscow, we are looking for motivated financial talent with expertise in financial planning & analysis. Your main responsibilities: Work with local CMs and Regional managers and finance partners to build the financial planning (strategic 3-year plan, annual budget and quarterly forecasts) for Russia. Partner with regional CMs to provide detailed strategic insight, into the dynamics of the differing parts of Russia business ( merchant services, and new business opportunities). Deep dives to analyze specific trends and recommend associated actions. Work with BU leaders and finance, to ensure optimal resource allocation and achievement of financial targets. Specifically, the Financial Planning Lead financial planning for Russia: 3 year plan, budget Extract, analyses and present data from a variety of sources, to drive business growth to support merchant business and cross border trade. Partner with BU, product and marketing management to undertake profitability analysis for merchant acquisition, commercial agreements, pricing, partnerships and innovative projects. Manage Russia costs to support business growth. Collaborate extensively with global finance management. Engage and communicate results of data/analysis to business customers, in an impactful and relevant manner.Job Requirements: Qualified Accountant CPA (IL;RU) is a plus; MBA or advanced (BA) finance related certification required 10 years work experience, preferably in high growth technology companies; strategy consulting; and/or local banking (payments, credit cards), preferably U.S/Multinational Corp. working experience Experience in local regulated financial services business, especially in working with CBR Internal Control and Compliance experience Accounting Law and guidance as well as a financial, tax, economic and labor legislation Methods of economic analysis of operational and financial activity, identification of internal reserves Advanced technical skills in financial modelling, financial reporting & planning systems, MS office SQL skills and Visual Basic are a plus Strong executive communication and interpersonal skills Intense attention to details, and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of personal accountability Fluent in English & Russian (both languages are mandatory) Superior intellectual and quantitative analysis capabilities Confident dealing with high profile individuals Excellent skills in managing a high-performing professional team Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate high energy/creativity, relentless customer-focus, and entrepreneurial spirit, good sense of humor and strong team spirit
