CFO (GAGARIN)

Description: Management of controlling, finance, accounting, treasury, HR, translation, IT and legal departments Play an active role during the extension of Gagarin plant Together with colleagues from production and distribution in the plant management accountable for the results of the site Gagarin (variable compensation of results highly dependent on location) Leadership of department managers Provide long and short term profitability while reducing risks Ensure reliable plant reporting (monthly and tertial reports) internally and to the Headquarters in Austria Work on process optimizations together with the executive committee Close cooperation with other members of the branch management (sales, production) Shared responsibility on the plant's results Bringing new visions and ideas Successful candidate`s profile: 2-5 years as a CFO in Western European industrial company Experience with leadership (at least 5 direct reports) Responsibility for a plant with at least 100-500 employees Experience in operative controlling English and Russian is a must (additional knowledge of German is an advantage) Knowledge in SAP R/3 is an advantage Teambuilding skills
