CFO. Healthcare Tech Company

The company is managed by successful and skilled entrepreneurs and is backed by global VC investors. Due to rapid growth and increase in revenues expected in the upcoming years the company intends to completely re-develop the finance function and is looking for an experienced CFO to manage this process.

Selected objectives include

• Drive the company’s financial planning
• Active participation in strategical planning of the company
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports (IFRS, GAAP)
• Manage investor relations
• Cash flow management
• Establish the company’s policies and ensure compliance
• Valuation of investment projects
• Business processes optimization
• Increasing operational effectiveness
• Managing the finance team, general counsel and a team of local accountants 

CFO’s profile

• Telecom, Media or Tech background preferred
• 5+ years of managerial experience in finance
• Motivated, self-starting personality
• Number-crunching with an eye for detail
• Professional English, Russian as an advantage
