CFO

Description: In charge of accounting (local and international), treasury and cash management, planning and control, tax planning, investor relations, corporate finance (M&A, group restructuring, etc.), Preparation and participation in budgeting and forecasting processes, Control and preparation of Financial reports according to IFRS and RAS, Management reporting, Prepare monthly commentary for the Board according to company's activity, Prepare the presentations for the management according with results of the company, Drive local performance improvement, Ensure compliance with Financial policies and procedures. Successful candidate`s profile: fluent in Russian and English; previous experience as CFO of similar entities in Russia (minimum 5 years); thorough knowledge of planning and control (in particular, production costs), budgeting, forecasting; knowledge of Russian Accounting Standards and IFRS; operating knowledge of 1C software.
