Responsibilities:

• A-Z management of Thomson Reuters client events
• Coordination of event schedules with multiple stakeholders
• Event-related marketing communications
• Full support of speakers during events
• Support of Client Specialists department operations
• Help in preparation of reports and presentations for customers
• Maintenance of internal databases
• Running ad-hoc analysis in various areas
• Feedback management
• Post-event customer feedback aggregation via multiple communication channels
• Feedback processing and analysisIntroduction of enhancements in service, based on customer feedback
