Responsibilities:
As a member of NBD team, responsible for organizing screening and assessment of new business opportunities to ensure an appropriately filled opportunity funnel while ensuring clear alignment with the Group and Russia business strategy.
Provide support to the maturation and delivery of new business opportunities in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Contribute to translating customer and market requirements into viable commercial constructs, bid and proposal preparation and presentation, appropriate partner selection and delivery of the commercial structures and agreements.
Assist in all aspects of delivery, including CVP preparation, marketing and business development activities, securing the required internal approvals.
Qualifications required:
Commercial and/or Economics degree or equivalent qualifications.
Strong team player, and ability to work in a cross-function project team.
Externally focused with experience in stakeholder management.
Track record of delivering business results.
Culturally sensitive and ability to build good relationships internally and externally.
Good communication skills, strong personal drive for delivery.
Ability to deal with pressure and uncertainties.
Upstream and/or downstream experience is an advantage.
