Requirements:
Experience in managing major DIY shed accounts as Commercial Director or Business Development Director for an international and/or local retailer
Experience as Large Store Manager or Field Sales Manager looking for the next step up, as an option.
Experience with non-product sector, such as Decorative, Tools, Building Materials, Tiling, Bathrooms etc.
Recent experience in selling into major DIY retailers would also be considered.
Strategic business development skills.
Good relationship builder.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiator.
Strong drive and enthusiasm.
Entrepreneurial flair.
Good English in additional to Russian.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for commercial performance
Managing several business streams
Managing several account managers and a field sales team
Building strong relationships with providers and partners
Participation in KPI s description for sales and Account team
P&L responsibility reporting directly to the CEO
Other duties as assigned
