Develop and maintain up-to-date Commercial Processes Library (process flowcharts, descriptions, process attributes and work standards) Analyze, reveal and evaluate potential process improvements, prepare and advocate proposals for management decisionsCoordinate process improvement initiatives coming from Regional organizations, Business Units and Functions, checking its alignment and consistency with agreed methodology and operating modelParticipate in implementation and further development of Business processes Management system (BPMS). Provide expertise and support to Business process owners, to evaluate proposed process improvementsIn liaison with Finance, Commercial Planning and Commercial Intelligence develop processes measurement system to benchmark performanceCoordinate Business excellence benchmark process (Process to be established)Collect, share and promote processes improvements coming from Regions and FunctionsProvide process and functionality descriptions to other departments for system and organization designParticipate in projectsSuccessesful candidate`s profile:
5+ years of working experience, FMCG/Logictics or IT company
Experience of working in Sales or Business Planning must.
Proven success experience in process analysis/design and changes implementation
Good knowledge of Commercial Processes
Advanced MS Excel Skills, Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good Verbal and writing skills - both Russian and English, candidate should communicate freely with Russian and English speaking colleagues
Excellent interviewing skills English and Russian
Drive for change, orientation for result, openness and communicability
Readiness to business trips - 3-4 times/year
