Our team covers the full spectrum of real estate valuation services, ranging from evaluating large and diverse portfolios to performing single property analyses as well as the identification and valuation of tangible and intangible real estate related assets.We re searching for bright and talented individuals to fill junior and advanced staff positions in our team.The Role will involve: Taking part in different stages of valuation projects for all types of real estate Carrying out financial analysis of company's historic results and projections, conducting industry research Preparing and delivering financial models Report writing and checking Preparation and supervision of preparation of marketing and presentation materials The successful junior candidates should have: Knowledge of real assets valuation methodology and approaches Understanding of corporate finance theory and accounting Strong written and oral communication skills, both in Russian and in English Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Bachelors degree in economics or mathematics Strong academic credentials, 4.5+ GPA Professional demeanor Readiness to work overtime Additional requirements to advanced candidates: Ability to analyze real estate assets from the market, cost, and income perspectives 1+ years of related experience
