Deputy CFO

Responsibilities: Мanage financial department of 20 employees; overall 4 direct reports Responsible for the following activities : budget and controlling processes, credit management, accounting and tax functions, treasury and reporting Implement budgeting system and variance analysis from scratch Manage the financial controlling department and supervising financial controllers of the Group subsidiaries in Russia and CIS. Coordinate financial planning and issuing management reports, preparation of financial statements according to IFRS. Prepare financial statements analysis and comments of on a monthly basis. Develop methodology for IFRS implementation. Prepare capital expenditure (CAPEX ) budgets repots, analysis of actual projects implementation by "plan-fact-committed split, coordination of capital expenditure planning. Develop formats and preparation of operational reports for the management (weekly - monthly - quarterly). Provide data and proposals with an assessment of cost optimization and reduction of fixed costs. Develop and implement analytical reports in ERP system (profitability tool) for the purpose of more efficient cost and profitability control by business segments and customers. Analyse and control budget execution, analysis of actual cost deviations from standard cost. Develop project financing, preparing and project cash flow (operating, investing, financial) for investment projects. Manage and supervise the budgeting process - annual budgets, medium term planning (up to 3 years). Analyse and review annual budgets on a quarterly basis and preparing forecasts. Control and supervise the process of investment planning and capital expenditure. Requirements: University degree in Finance/Controlling with perennial professional experience, ideally in western FMCG, pharmaceutical companies Extensive knowledge in RAS, IFRS Several years of Management and Leadership experience with a western brand name company Native speaker in Russian, fluent English Personally: business-oriented,
