Deputy Chief Accountant

Обязанности: Provide with timely and correct postings to SAP system of companies expenses from Accounting, Tax and Management reporting perspectives; Be responsible for accruals preparation on the monthly basis; Initiate and carry out reconciliations with suppliers annually or upon request; Ensure monthly closing process according to RAS principles for the whole company; Prepare and deliver BS reconciliations to CFO and CA on the quarterly basis; Prepare and submit timely RAS financial statements and statistics reports; Be responsible for preparation and on time submission of tax returns; Establish regular reconciliation process with tax authorities to provide rational use of companies funds; Ensure tax legislation and accounting rules are observed; Execute Chief accountant substitution when necessary; Ensure the close communication with the companies` employees in terms of finance discipline, internal document flow; Ensure SAP-system stabilisation and modification when necessary in the sphere of responsibility; Participate in stock takes, tax audits, interact with auditors (internal and external) in the sphere of responsibility; Initiate and consult CA on necessary changes and modifications in the sphere of responsibility; Contribute to the performance of the activity and organisation of the accounting department. Требования: Economic/Finance Higher Education; 5-7 years in Russian accounting, 1-3 years in a similar or close to DCA position; Thorough knowledge of Russian Accounting standards and regulations; Deep knowledge and understanding of Russian Tax Code; English intermediate level; SAP knowledge is a must.
