Deputy Finance Director

Our Client, European production company, is looking for Deputy Finance Director (VORONEZH REGION) Job description: Maintain the efficient financial operation of the company in coordination with the finance director. Monthly management reporting according group standards and deadlines. Develop a profit culture within the organization. Provide business support (risk management, profit improvement, cost control). Prepare cash flow projections and budgets to be presented to the board of directors. Involvement in strategic matters and building a good relationship with current Financial Director to achieve knowledge transfer. Who we are looking for: Minimum 8 years hands on experience in an international and production environment. Experience with integration of Russian and western companies is a big plus Higher education degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting. ACCA/CIMA/etc Certification is a must. Fluent English is a must. Knowledge of international management reporting standarts. Strong leadership, presentation, communication and negotiation skills. 　 Conditions: Full time position is in a multinational corporation.
