Director, Commodities Structuring

Candidate: Outstanding academics and a degree in economics / finance / law / mathematics / physics / engineering CFA or ACA/ACCA qualifications are highly desirable 7+ years experience of working for international firm investing in Russia Extensive practical knowledge of physical commodity trades including commodity financing transactions Deep understanding of legal frameworks, tax, accounting matters is essential Excellent knowledge of applicable legislation (Russian and English law) Strong team working and management skills Fluent Russian and English High motivated, ambitious; enthusiastic team player with strong analytical skills Job: Structuring and execution of transactions with primary focus on commodity deals and also involving fixed income and equity finance Develop deal structures for various Bank Group entities transactions with commodities Assume a leading role in negotiating deal terms with clients on behalf of the Bank Drive and project manage deal approval and execution internally within the Bank Look after the pipeline of commodity linked transactions Liaise with clients and potential clients to facilitate new business origination Structure and implement capital optimization transactions within the Group Develop new structured / exotic commodity products Develop infrastructure required for new commodities deals
