FINANCE BUSINESS CONTROLLER

As a Finance Business Controller, you will be responsible for wide range of topics related to management reporting and accounting. You will have as a mission the consolidation of reporting deliverables including the calculation of adjustments and reconciliations for several business units. You will be also in charge for methodological support and implementation of required modifications.Your main duties will include: Control of IFRS and RAS reporting packages and consolidation adjustments Reconciliation of consolidated financials on a quarterly basis Manage the preparation of notes, financial disclosures, board reporting packages with the support of the IFRS reporting and accounting teams Manage a close working relationship with the external auditors Work in collaboration with the data gathering team in order to create standardized reports Update the tool based on new requirements identified, and contribute to the effectiveness of the consolidation process Set up, document, and update internal control procedures related to the accounting and reporting process Required experience and skills: Relevant higher education, post-graduate degrees will be an advantage Extensive experience in a ``Big 4`` accounting firm ACCA qualified At least 7 years of relevant finance experience in a multinational corporation (including Russian accounting and IFRS reporting) Strong financial and commercial acumen Ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial colleagues Good time management skills Strong organization skills with a mindset of continuous process improvement Advanced PC user Fluency in English and Russian is essential
