Finance Controller

Our Client, International production company, is looking for Finance Controller (VLADIMIR REGION) Job description: -Managing and motivating a team of 5 people -Preparation of monthly Financial reports (P&L's, Balance sheets, forecasts, cash flows). Plan vs Actual analysis. -Participation and coordination budget planning and control. -Participation in design, implementation, revision and audit of new policies, controls and procedures. -Analysis of results of the operation business and initiation of corrective actions -Ad-hoc analysis, reporting and projects as required. Who we are looking for: -Finance controller should hold a university degree in economics / finance; -With at least 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a Manufacturing companies. -Solid experience in the financial discipline, especially in planning and controlling. -Finance controller should have worked in an international group structure with the working level of English language. -Experience in ERP systems implementation is a plus.
