Finance manager

Reporting to CFO and MD

Key Responsibilities:

• Take part in internal and Group management information reporting and any ad-hoc analysis in line with Group reporting standards;
• Take part in monthly, annual closing procedures and reconciliation between local GAAP and IFRS in accordance with Group policies;
• Take part in annual budget, monthly forecasts and long-range plan activities together with CFO and MD;
• Identify, implement, operate and document internal controls in key financial reporting processes in consultation with CFO and the Group Head of Risk;
• Review and approve payment documents, contracts and agreements to ensure the payments accuracy;
• Carry out billing/invoice, collection and reporting activities, maintain specified receipt/payment log
• Support audit process (internal and external);

Key Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance/Accountancy/Economic studies;
• IFRS qualification, completed or in progress (e.g. ACCA, DipIFR or an equivalent qualification);
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager (or relevant) preferably in small team in international company;
• Good knowledge of Russian GAAP, tax regulations as well as IFRS;
• Professional experience with 1C, advanced Excel skills;
• Analytical mind-set and high level of attention to details;
• Strong team player, able to deliver a high level of internal customer service at all levels within the Company.

• Native Russian
• Proficiency in English
