As part of the Visa Digital Partnerships, Fintech & Ventures team in Russia, you will assist in identifying partnership opportunities, structuring commercial proposals and support account managing of these partnerships at Visa. Your role will include aspects of financial modeling, commercial structuring, managing deal performance, consultative partnership engagement, product strategy etc. to craft solutions and proposals to meet our clients’ needs. In your role, you’ll be working with the wider Visa team including Products, Finance, Legal, Marketing etc. to form comprehensive and customized partnership proposals that leverage the full strength of the Visa solutions portfolio and our network, VisaNet.

Visa’s partners in this sector are leading global and regional brands, representing high-profile digital banks and wallets, mobile network operators, eCommerce merchants and processors, and represent a fast-growing PV and revenue opportunity for Visa. The role is expected to work closely with Visa’s Product, as well as other stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Marketing etc. teams to execute deliverables that are typically highly complex, strategic, and cross-functional in nature

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years relevant experience
• Financial modeling and commercial structuring skills
• Business acumen
• Analytical ability with high attention to detail and critical thinking
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills with client-facing or sales operations experience
• Demonstrated creative problem solving with ability to collaborate and build consensus cross-functionally
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Payments or financial services industry experience preferred• Strategic thinking and thought leadership
• Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to lead by influence and example
• Ability to influence and work within matrixed environment
